This includes things such as purchasing and training the dog, identifiying and training and handler, the patrol vehicle for the K9, the vest for the K9, the training decoy suit for the continual training of the dog and the first years food, wellness checks and weekly continual training of the dog and the handler. This initial goal will take care of the startup costs of the program.
